This minor update fixes a compatibility problem between ACS vehicles and BlueStar vehicles equipped with a single low vac brake hose.

For users of Trainz earlier than Classics 3, it also brings several performance enhancements.

Basic version of the Set Train Reporting Number Command.

Use this driver command to set the train running number (headcode) within a session. Some scripted locos (e.g. some by PaulHobbs) will respond by changing the pattern of lights mounted on the front, or the displayed headcode on the headcode blinds.

The VSR Max Permitted Speed Rule.

The VSR Max Permitted Speed Rule.

This rule controls the speed of the AI, keeping it at or below the maximum permitted speed for the train.

To add speed limits to vehicles, add the "max_permitted_speed-60850" tag to the extensions container of your config.txt:

extensions {
    max_permitted_speed-60850 "90mph"
}

Speed can be in mph or kph. If no units are specified, it is assumed to be in m/s.

To show that your stock is compatible, add <KUID2:60850:88000:4> as an icon in your config.txt, and also to your KUID table.
